The portal shows the process of your orders via the tab 'Analysis tracking'. Check the sub menu 'Unfinished Soil Orders' to get an overview of all soil orders that have not been reported. This overview contains all newly created barcodes for which no scans have been uploaded yet (status is New), and all barcodes for which one or more scans were uploaded (status is Analysis in Process). Orders that received a notification (status is Hardbob) require extra attention. This information can be found in the tab 'Orders with missing scans'. Orders that received a report disappear from the list.
The tab 'Orders with Missing Scans' shows all unfinished orders that have received one or more scans. The checked boxes in the Alpha column and XRF column show how many accepted scans have already arrived. This will help you to determine how many scans you still have to send. The example below shows that order SPTON00064A17 has received 1 XRF scan and 0 alpha scans, and that sample SPTON00065A17 received 1 accepted Alpha scan and no XRF scan yet.
The column 'Error Details' shows if there are scans with error notifications. If this is the case then you will see a '+' symbol in the 'Error Details' column and the 'Progress' bar will be red. Click the symbol to receive the relevant information that will help you to fix the problem.
